![]() ![]() Once DejaOffice and CompanionLink are both installed, connect your USB and click the Sync button in either program to begin synchronizing your Outlook tasks.Microsoft Outlook is a complex, multifunctional software package, jam-packed with options and features. You may also choose to add a Sync or Tasks button to your phone’s home page. Follow directions on each screen, as some of the information may be specific for your phone.Go back to the main page in DejaOffice and select Setup Wizard at the bottom.Choose the sync method you selected when setting up CompanionLink (probably USB). If you are using an Android Tablet, go to Settings and choose General Settings.Find DejaOffice in the Android Market and install it.The second half of the synchronization setup happens on your Android device: Still on the Applications tab, choose the bottom option, “Records deleted in both Android and Outlook…”.Note: If your calendar and contacts do not already sync to your Android phone, you may want to synchronize them now. Click on the Applications tab and choose whether to sync contacs, calendars, and notes.Once the tab is open, check all the boxes that say “include sub-folders”.It may take a few moments to load the folders from Outlook. ![]()
